                  Use finely ground meat or chop meat
                  using a cleaver.

                  Put meat into a mixing bowl.

                  Add the vegetable liquid to the ground
                  meat.

                  Use a fork or chopsticks to mix meat in
                  one direction continuously for about 10
                  minutes until the meat becomes very
                  sticky.


                                                                 Finely chop and mince green onions and
                                                                 ginger and add to meat.   EXCEPTION:
                                                                 When using Chives, do NOT add minced
                                                                 green onions and ginger to meat.

                                                                 For chopped parboiled vegetables, add
                                                                 one tablespoonful of salt.

                                                                 Add 1 tablespoonful of sesame seed oil.

                                                                 If you have reduced the salt in the
                                                                 vegetable, you can add 1 tablespoonful
                                                                 of soy sauce to the meat mixture now.



                                                                 Optional: if the filling is too loose, place
                                                                 bowl into the refrigerator to chill for one
                                                                 hour.

                                                                 Now the filling is ready to be used.
