Wrapper - Make the dough
In a bowl, pour 3 cups of sifted all-
purpose flour. Dig a hole in the middle
of flour.
Add 1/4 cup of warm water to flour and
mix well with a fork or chopsticks until
the flour turn into small chunks.
Add remaining 1/2 cup of warm water
slowly and continue to mix; if sticky, add
flour. Take dough out of bowl to knead.
Keep kneading dough. Place kneaded
dough into bowl.
