                  ~~ Cooking the Dumplings ~~

                  Bring a large pot of water to boil.
                  Put 20-30 dumplings in boiling water; do
                  not over crowd dumplings so they will
                  not stick together.

                  Stir immediately to insure the dumplings
                  do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
                  Cover.

                  When water boils, add one cup of cold
                  water, and bring to boil again.

                  Repeat once more.



























                                                                 Before putting leftover dumplings away,
                                                                 separate them first. Otherwise they will
                                                                 be stuck together.
