                  Making the wrapper:


















                  Take the dough from the bowl and knead         Take a portion of the dough and roll it
                  into a large loaf                              out into a long rope about 1” diameter.






                                                                  Cut long dough into 1“ small pieces.













                                                                 Sprinkle pieces of dough with flour and
                                                                 flatten each piece.

                                                                 Use one hand to turn dough piece while
                                                                 the other hand uses a slender rolling pin
                                                                 to roll edges of dough piece till the piece
                                                                 is about a 3” diameter circle. The center
                                                                 of wrapper is slightly thicker than the
                                                                 edge.
