                  Cover dough in bowl with a wet towel and
                  let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes.











                  Make the filling:


                  For zucchini squash or round cabbage,
                  shred the vegetables with a shredder or a
                  food processor. For chives, chop finely.

                  Sprinkle 1-2 Tbs. salt over the vegetables
                  to draw out the moisture from vegetable.

                  For parboiled vegetables, chop finely.

                  Squeeze vegetables to remove the liquid.
                  Save this liquid to add to meat.
