Steamed Egg Pork Hash
This is a traditional Hakka egg custard dish.
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
3 Eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup warm water (not too hot)
In a medium sized bowl, beat all of the ingredients together. Be careful not to
use too hot water otherwise the eggs may cook in the bowl. Steam for 45min
after water boils. If using an Instant Pot, place trivet in pot with about a cup of
water then place bowl inside. Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes plus 5 min
release time.
