                   Cover pot with lid and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to Medium and simmer for
                   ½ hour.  (30 minutes)

                                              After simmering for 30 minutes, turn off the heat.

                                              Do not open lid, leave pot covered.  Leave chicken in
                                              the pot of hot water for one hour.

                                              Remove chicken and let
                                              cool for about 15 minutes
                                              before cutting up.

                                              Cut up chicken and
                                              display on plate to
                                              appear like a whole
                                                           chicken
