I was born and raised in Chinatown, New York City. An ESL/Citizenship teacher at City College of San Francisco, Chinatown Campus for 36 years from 1981-2017, I am now happily retired. In my free time, I enjoy writing my family history to pass down to my three grandchildren, sewing, making jewelry, yoga, salsa/tango dancing, taking walks and gardening. I have been an active member of BACGG since 2017. As the youngest child of WWII veteran Wilbert Chung, it has been my aspiration to keep my father’s story alive.~Cathy Chung
