Notes: I do not have measurements or quantities. I learned how to make this
recipe by watching my Mom prepare this dish. Also we often have leftover
uncooked ingredients and save them for future recipes. Follow package
directions to safely store all unused ingredients in airtight containers.
Cooking Sequence:
Cook together the ingredients as clustered 1-5 above; distinctive by length of
time to tenderize.
Add oyster sauce, fermented bean cake, sugar and salt to personal taste.
Lastly, add black sea moss.
Cover pan/pot and simmer 2-3 minutes to let flavors blend into ingredients and
sea moss to warm up.
