“I briefly spoke to you about a campaign I am joining with former TV anchor Dion Lim on\u00a0 fighting\u00a0 Anti-Asian hate which started in full force during the pandemic. Dion was passionate about reporting all of the attacks on Asians, especially seniors happening\u00a0 not only here but all over the country.\u00a0 Someone how the station wasn’t always receptive to her desire to reporting all of the brutal beatings happening to Asians locally, which frustrated her more because she felt the public should know about this behavior that isn’t always corrected by government officials or security forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So 10 years in the making Dion wrote a book on this topic, and we are forming Team Dion to get her message through this book out to the public who seem unaware of the violence that has been brought upon Asians wildly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team Dion is working hard to get the book to the public all over the nation so we would like to invite you to join us in Co-hosting a Book Launch party JULY 17.  Solomon Tsai has generously offered to host a 5:00 evening event at his Crowne Plaza Foster City Hotel Banquet Room for supporters who can hear from Dion personally of her drive to spread the news about Anti-Asian hate movements and how by sharing the information about these multiple attacks through her book, we can make the country more aware of this terrible problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can host 100 people in the banquet room for a Dion meet and greet, short fireside chat with Dion about her experiences and her book, Q & A time, book signing  and light refreshments served while we build our team Dion campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A team is as strong as its members and we need individuals and organizations to show they back this campaign to drive out Anti-Asian Hate crimes by educating our friends and neighbors about this problem that killed and injured many seniors but never got properly\u00a0 reported until Dion’s book.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
